Actor Arunoday Singh believes that he has “limited time” as an artist, and in that point, he desires to do every little thing that fuels his ardour. Having been a Bollywood actor and a voice-over artist for over a decade, Arunoday has now forayed into the digital area. Happy to put on a number of hats, he says that he grows and learns along with his expertise in diversified mediums.
“I plan to do whatever improves me, be it theatre, acting, or singing. I want to evolve and understand my craft even better. I’m an artist, I have limited time and I want to do only those things that I’m passionate about,” says Arunoday, who was final seen in the movie Blackmail, alongside Irrfan and Kirti Kulhari.
The actor, who additionally does stage reveals sometimes, says, “I’m open to experimenting with different mediums of art. The medium never bothered me and I’ve never restrained myself from taking up new challenges.”
After being a component Bollywood for a decade with movies equivalent to Aisha (2010), Yeh Saali Zindagi (2011), and Mohenjo Daro (2016), Arunoday observes that Bollywood has failed in one explicit side. He says, “The true failing of Bollywood is in not nurturing its writers. There are so many good writers who just fall by the wayside in Bollywood. The digital medium gives these writers more scope. The more things are written well, the more worthy content there is for actors. I think it’s an exciting time for me.”
